The project
A waterfront kitchen, planned around every inch.
The client owns our insurance broker, and he came to me for help with his project about ten minutes from the store. He is on the water, so we were very specific with dimensions. I worked through several plan and design changes to fit everything he wanted into his outdoor kitchen space. I helped him solve everything from plumbing and gas to ventilation, and how to plan for all his rough-ins for the future kitchen project.
Once his addition was considered complete, we came in and built the outdoor kitchen and ventilation hood. I designed a special cutting board to bridge the dropped-down space of the power burner, so the client has workspace between his grill and pellet grill (smoker). We built custom storage niches for his oversized equipment, and referred and assisted with the countertop and backsplash installation.
What they wanted
An outdoor kitchen for a growing patio and lanai.
The homeowner was adding and expanding his patio and lanai. He asked me to help design and provide and install the outdoor kitchen portion of his project, so the cooking and entertaining space would tie into the larger build.

Patio Style worked through the plan design for the contractor, then delivered, built, and installed the outdoor kitchen, ventilation hood, and veneer work in the area. One team carried it from the drawings to the finished space on the water.

How Patio Style designs and builds

The same team that draws the layout builds the structure, sets the equipment, and details the finish. On Greg's waterfront project in Apopka, that meant one point of contact carried the project from the first design sketches through the plumbing, gas, and ventilation planning, then back on site to build the kitchen and set the equipment.
Because we design and build with our own crew, the plan that leaves the showroom is the plan that gets installed. On a waterfront lot where every dimension matters, that kept the kitchen fitting the space the client wanted.
